Found the air conditioning to work exceptionally well, allowing me to relax comfortably. However, inadequate blackout curtains disrupted my sleep at times due to early morning light. Limited dining options in the area could be improved for longer stays.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the loud street noise that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the limited English channels on the TV made it hard to unwind after a long day of exploring. Unfortunately, I also found the parking area quite challenging to navigate, which was frustrating.

The location was superb. being close to the old heritage area was a true advantage. The housekeeping was efficient and very helpful in accommodating special diet requests for breakfast. The lounge area provided a cozy space to unwind.

A few more smaller lamps in the apartment would have improved the ambiance during evening hours.

Just a great match for a quick break in Graz with great value. The staff were super friendly and accommodating during my stay. Keep in mind parking is across the road for a small fee.

feichtinger is a great choice for a family staycation! we loved the two-bedroom unit with a kitchenette. the location is super convenient, just over the bridge from the city center. the friendly service at reception made our experience even better! breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, making it perfect for our family.
